Welcome to kami33 (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), an online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at kami33.cam and operated by kami33 and its affiliated entities. These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between kami33 and each individual who registers an account, accesses, or otherwise uses the Platform (hereinafter "Player", "User", "you", "your").

By creating akami33 account or by accessing any portion of the Platform — whether or not you complete a registration — you irevocably confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must cease use of the Platform immediately.

kami33 is designed and operated as an English-language platform for the Malaysian market. All services, communications, and support are offered in English. Players are responsible for ensuring that online gaming is permitted under the laws applicable in their own jurisdiction before registering.

In these Terms, the following terms shall carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

"Account"	The individual, password-protected player account opened by a registered User on the Platform.
"Balance"	The total value of real-money funds held in a Player's Account, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM).
"Bonus Funds"	Promotional credits granted by kami33 that are subject to applicable Wagering Requirements before withdrawal.
"Deposit"	Any transfer of real-money funds by a Player into theirkami33 Account via an accepted payment method.
"KYC"	Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required by kami33 prior to processing withdrawals or as otherwise required by the Platform.
"Platform"	The kami33 website located at kami33.cam, including all games, betting markets, promotional features, and support functions accessible therein.
"Services"	All online casino games, live dealer games, sports betting markets, and ancillary features made available through the Platform.
"Wagering Requirement"	The minimum total value of bets a Player must place before Bonus Funds or winings derived therefrom become eligible for withdrawal.
"Withdrawal"	A transfer of available real-money funds from a Player's Account Balance to a nominated payment method.

To register and maintain a kami33 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your Account:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other legal persons are not permitted to register Accounts;
• You are registering the Account solely on your own behalf and for your own use;
• You are not acting as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party;
• You do not already hold an existing active or suspended Account on the Platform — duplicate accounts are prohibited;
• You have not previously had an Account closed by kami33 for breach of these Terms;
• You have not voluntarily self-excluded from the Platform or from any related gaming platform;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of kami33 or any of its affiliated entities.

Each Player may hold only one Account on the Platform. You are required to provide accurate, truthful, and current information at the time of registration. kami33 does not accept registrations made with false, incomplete, or misleading information. If kami33 discovers at any time that information provided is inaccurate, the Account may be suspended or permanently closed and all funds held subject to investigation.

4.1 Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. kami33 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify kami33 support immediately if you suspect your Account has been accessed without authorisation.

4.2 KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal, and atkami33's discretion at any other time, you may be required to complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) process. This process requires submission of government-issued identification (e.g., Malaysian MyKad or passport), proof of address, and in certain circumstances, proof of the payment method used to fund your Account. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

4.3 Account Accuracy

You are responsible for keeping your Account information — including your registered email address, phone number, and bank account details — current and accurate at all times. Outdated information may delay withdrawals or limit access to support services. Updates can be submitted through your Account settings or by contacting support.

All financial transactions on the kami33 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). kami33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank Online Banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bankerhad Online Banking, Hong Leong Connect, Bitcoin (BTC), and Tether (USDT).

5.1 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon successful confirmation from the payment processor. kami33 does not charge a fee for deposits, though third-party payment processors may apply their own transaction fees for which kami33 accepts no responsibility. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the payment portal at the time of transaction.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction. The payment method used for withdrawal must ordinarily be the same as that used for deposit, subject to kami33's discretion.kami33 targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within 5 minutes via DuitNow and FPX under normal operating conditions, though processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or pending additional review.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

kami33 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. Funds deposited to your Account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Structuring deposits or withdrawals to circumvent transaction monitoring thresholds is prohibited and may result in Account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.

kami33 offers a range of promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referal bonuses, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which will be stated clearly at the point of offer. Where a conflict arises between a specific promotion's terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any winings derived from them may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated at the point of each bonus offer. kami33 reserves the right to cancel Bonus Funds and associated winnings if it determines that wagering requirement rules have been misused or abused.

6.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible Players only and may be limited to new registrations, specific deposit tiers, or geographic eligibility. Unless stated otherwise, each Player is eligible to claim a given promotion only once. Using multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

All games, betting markets, and other interactive features available on the Platform are governed by individual game rules, which shall be made available within each game interface. In the event of any discrepancy between game-specific rules and these General Terms, the game-specific rules take precedence with respect to gameplay mechanics and payout calculations.

7.1 Bet Placement

Bets placed on the Platform are final once confirmed by the system. Players are responsible for ensuring that all bet selections, stake amounts, and applicable odds are correct prior to confirmation. kami33 will not reverse confirmed bets except in cases of demonstrable system malfunction.

7.2 System Malfunctions

In the event of a documented system malfunction affecting the integrity of a game round or bet settlement, kami33 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Bets settled during a malfunction period will be reviewed and, where system error is confirmed, reversed. kami33's determination in respect of system malfunction events is final.

7.3 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia fixtures, English Premier League matches, UFC events, and other sporting competitions — are governed by kami33's Sports Betting Rules, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. All sports bets are subject to minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed within the sportsbook interface. kami33 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any sports bet at its absolute discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account Balance and Bonus Funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform (duplicate account fraud);
• Using a false identity or another person's identity, payment method, or personal details;
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or technical vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets;
• Coluding with other Players at live dealer or poker games to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play;
• Laundering money or conducting financial transactions connected to illegal activity through the Platform;
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your Account on your behalf;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Providing fraudulent KYC documentation or engaging in identity fraud in any form;
• Any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the operation security, or integrity of the Platform.

kami33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Account is being used in a fraudulent or suspicious manner;
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require account suspension or closure;
• The Account holder has requested self-exclusion under our Responsible Gambling policy.

Upon closure of an Account by kami33 for breach of these Terms, kami33 may withold any Account Balance pending investigation. Where the breach is confirmed, kami33 reserves the right to forfeit the relevant Balance. Where Account closure follows a voluntary request by the Player, any remaining real-money Balance (net of Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via their nominated payment method subject to successful KYC completion.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kami33 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business or goodwill, whether direct or indirect;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the Platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or unavailability of the Platform or any of its features;
• Any loss arising from a Player's reliance on information, odds, or data displayed on the Platform;
• Any delay in crediting deposits or processing withdrawals caused by third-party payment processors.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit kami33's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

All content on the kami33 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, interface design, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of kami33 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No Player or third party may reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without kami33's express prior written consent.

Your use of the Platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not include any right to sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or commercially exploit the Platform or its content.

kami33 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with itsPrivacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the binding agreement between kami33 and each Player. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

kami33 implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, disclosure, or misuse. All data transmitted between your device and the Platform is encrypted using industry-standard TLS/SSL protocols.

kami33 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. All Players are encouraged to treat gambling solely as a form of entertainment and to set personal limits on their gambling activity. kami33 provides voluntary deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion tools accessible through your Account settings.

The revised Terms will become effective on the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your Account and cease use of the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. kami33 operates an internal dispute resolution process. Players who wish to raise a dispute should contact our support team in the first instance, providing full details of the matter in writing. kami33 will acknowledge all formal disputes within 5 business days and will endeavour to resolve them within 30 days of receipt.

kami33 encourages all Players to raise concerns through the internal dispute channel before seeking any external remedy. Nothing in this clause limits a Player's statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.
